The matrix server is currently not open for registration. Registration is only possible for friends and relatives of current members due to hardware limitations.
The rules are introduced to you when joining the server.
Provider outages, server misconfiguration, natural disasters, other extreme factors can lead to data loss, outages, downtime, limited access to the service. We do not take responsibility for any of these. Generally everything runs smoothly but the server is still provided "as is".
